Prior to getting licensed in Real Estate Sales, Terry worked as an MBA/PMP certified International Project Manager in oil in gas. All along, she has always been passionate about real estate and has many years of experience investing in rental properties including multifamily before getting licensed for Real Estate. She owns a very successful Lake Conroe waterfront short term rental condominium, where she also served as Vice President and President of the POA (Property Owners Association) for 5 years. Terry was seeking to expand her business opportunities and decided that Realtors® use the same skills as Project Managers: relationship building; planning; scheduling; and working with a diverse set of allied professionals with different priorities. The similarities to her decades of Project Management experience to a career as a Realtor® are many. Both Realtors® and Project Managers focus on detail, communications, deadlines, and quality control.
